Will Jerry Brown Veto A Bill Declaring California A "Sanctuary State?"

Governor Jerry Brown may soon need to decide whether to sign a bill that would essentially make California a "sanctuary state."  The measure would ban state and local law enforcement from cooperating with federal immigration authorities.  Brown will face strong pressure from his fellow democrats to approve the ban.  But as Capital Public Radio's Ben Adler reports, the governor has a clear record of opposing it.
