San Bernardino Terror Attack Survivors Say They're Still Waiting For Help From County, State

Survivors of the Dec. 2, 2015 San Bernardino terror attack sit dazed outside the Inland Regional Center shortly after the mass shootings occurred.

The San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved a $175,000 contract to develop a memorial to the victims of the December 2, 2015 terrorist attack.  But not everybody is happy where the money is going.  KVCR's Benjamin Purper has more.
