Although authorities say they suspect no foul play, it'll take a coroner's report to discern why a 48-year-old Rialto city councilman was found dead in his vehicle over the weekend. KVCR's Ken Vincent has more.
Ken Vincent has retired. We appreciate the way he shared his expertise with many of our young interns and reporters over the nearly eight years he spent as KVCR's lead journalist and Morning Edition host.
