National Teacher Groups Push For DACA Protections

Twenty thousand teachers are eligible for DACA protections, and more than 200,000 children will age into the program. That is, if it continues. President Trump announced DACA protections will phase out in March 2018.

StateImpact Ohio’s Ashton Marra (@AshtonMarra)reports that’s why national teachers’ groups are urging Congress to take action.
