Minutes after gunfire erupted at the Inland Regional Center on December 2, emergency personnel from a host of local agencies were on the scene. By their own accounts, what they saw was horrific and will be with them for a lifetime. As part of our series on the mental health aftermath of the terror attack, KVCR's Matt Guilhem examines the traumatic scene first responders arrived at that day and the lingering effects it can have.
Matt's series was produced as a project for the California Health Journalism Fellowship, a program of the Center for Health Journalism at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
