Lawsuit Claims Low Medi-Cal Reimbursement Rates Are Harmful To Many Californians' Health

A lawsuit has been filed charging that the state of California is harming the health of millions of lower-income residents - particularly Latinos - with Medi-Cal reimbursement rates that are so low that many doctors won't accept them as patients.  More from KVCR's Ken Vincent.
