California has the largest community college system in the nation.  With 72 districts and 112 colleges serving more than 2.1 million students, the need for more affordable education is a constant struggle.  Community college officials say President Obama's free community college proposal is a new plan to make high-quality programs at community colleges free to eligible students.  KVCR's Natalya Estrada has more in this report.
