Syed Raheel Farook is due in a Riverside courtroom today. He will appear before a federal judge who will determine whether or not to revoke his bail until he comes up for sentencing this fall.
The 32 year old brother of the December 2, 2015 attacker, Syed Rizwan Farook, pleaded guilty in January of last year to conspiracy to commit immigration fraud and has been free on bond since his arrest. This may change however, since U.S. Pretrial Services filed a request this month asking that his bond be revoked for a violation in the terms of his restricted release related to a drug overdose in a possible suicide attempt last month.
