Showers In The Valleys, Mountain Snow, Stong Winds, and Freezing Temps Forecast For IE

Feb 19, 2018

Although much of the overnight snowfall on roads had melted by the time this shot was taken at around 10am Monday, fresh snow outlines the intersection of Highway 18 and Lake Gregory Drive in Crestline in the San Bernardino Mountains. Blowing snow and freezing temperatures are expected in the mountains over the next couple of days.

Some daytime showers and overnight temperatures at or just below freezing are in the forecast for the Inland Valleys for the next couple of days.  In the mountains, blowing snow, strong winds, and overnight lows in the teens are in the forecast for at least the first part of this week.  More on what's expected from Inland Empire weather from KVCR's Ken Vincent.
