Carlos Mencia will be making an extended appearance at the Ontario Improv through much of the latter part of this month. KVCR's Emmanuel Rogers recently spoke to Mencia about, among other things, performing for the troops, getting into comedy, and how his humor is used. He said hopefully - it'll make a person think.
