The latest round of winter storms that passed through Southern California this weekend provided record rainfall on the coast, huge dumps of snow in the mountains, mudflows through foothill neighborhoods, urban flooding on city streets, and hazardous driving on the freeways. KVCR's Ken Vincent recaps some of the notable weather-related incidents over the past weekend, and a weather forecast for the coming week that could finally provide a return to temperatures in the 70s by next weekend.
