Now here is Part 2 of our conversation with Press-Enterprise political reporter Jeff Horseman (Part 3 is posted above) about local candidate races in the Inland Empire.  In this segment, Horseman tells KVCR's Ken Vincent about the tough re-election battles facing two incumbent IE state Assembly members: GOP Marc Steinorth v. Democrat Abigail Medina, and Democrat Cheryl Brown v fellow Democrat Eloise Reyes.
