California Supreme Court Says Sending Juveniles To Prison For 50 Years Is Unconstitutional

California's top court has ruled that sentencing juveniles to 50 years or more in prison violates the 8th Amendment's ban on cruel and unusual punishment.  But a divided state Supreme Court did not decide in yesterday's (Monday) ruling what sentence would b e constitutional, as Capital Public Radio's Ben Bradford reports.
