California Marijuana Industry Has Banking Issues

The Marijuana industry is rapidly expanding, but many banks refuse to work with the businesses because of conflicts with federal law. The California Board of Equalization met on Friday to asses the problem. Katie Orr from Capital Public Radio filed this report.
